Service agreement — the key terms

  • The service. Vision Social Media Lab creates and publishes the Facebook posts in your package each month, on a posting schedule set by Vision. Your service starts the first Monday after your payment.
  • Page access & start date. You grant Vision admin access to your Facebook Page promptly after payment. The service start date does not change if access is delayed.
  • Authorization to post. You authorize Vision Social Media Lab to create, schedule, and publish content on your Facebook Page, including acting as a Page administrator for that purpose.
  • No approval needed. Vision posts on your behalf without waiting for your approval on each post — that is the point of the service. Send us anything specific (a sale, an event, an announcement) at any time and it will be worked into the schedule. Ask anytime and a published post will be changed or removed.
  • What you provide. Access to your Facebook Page, plus accurate business information — services, prices, hours, offers, and any photos or logos you want used, including anything that must not be posted. You answer your own comments and messages; Vision creates and publishes the posts.
  • Payment. The monthly fee is paid up front and renews automatically each month on your billing date, through Stripe, until you cancel. Fees for a month that has already started are not refundable. If a payment fails, posting may pause until it is received.
  • Term & cancellation. Month-to-month — no long-term contract. Either side may cancel at any time in writing (email counts). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for, and Vision will finish or hand over posts already paid for in that final month.

1. Your package

You pick one package at checkout: Starter — $350/month, 12 posts (4 video · 4 image · 4 text); Standard — $600/month, 20 posts (8 text · 8 picture · 4 video); or Growth — $900/month, 30 posts (10 video · 10 image · 10 text). Every package includes copy, images, video and text posts, and scheduling. Your package determines how many posts Vision creates and publishes each month, on a weekly posting schedule set by Vision.

Your service starts the first Monday after your payment. All packages renew automatically each month until cancelled.

2. What Vision will do

  • Create the Facebook posts included in your package each month — writing, images, and video where your package includes video.
  • Publish or schedule those posts to your Facebook Page on a schedule set by Vision.
  • Write posts that are clear, professional, and matched to your trade, using the information you provide.

3. How posting works

  • You authorize Vision Social Media Lab to create, schedule, and publish content on your Facebook Page, including acting as a Page administrator for that purpose.
  • Vision posts on your behalf with no approval needed from you — not for each post, and not for a month of posts in advance. That is the point of the service: you hired Vision so you never have to think about your Page.
  • If you want something specific posted — an event, a sale, a special announcement, or anything else — send it to Vision at any time and it will be worked into the posting schedule.
  • If you want any published post changed or taken down, just say so. You can ask at any time, and Vision will make the change or remove the post.

4. What you will provide

  • You grant Vision admin access to your Facebook Page promptly after payment. The service start date does not change if access is delayed.
  • Accurate business information: services, prices, hours, offers, photos or logos you want used, and anything that must not be posted.
  • Quick replies when Vision asks you to check facts or approve a sensitive post. If you do not reply, Vision may publish on schedule using the information already provided.
  • You answer your own comments and messages. Vision creates and publishes the posts; conversations with your customers stay with you, since only you know your prices, availability, and services.

5. Payment

The monthly fee is paid up front, before work for that month begins. Work starts once payment has cleared. Fees for a month that has already started are not refundable. If payment is late or fails, Vision may pause posting until it is received. Your payment renews automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel. Cancel anytime with written notice (email counts) — cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for.

6. Term and cancellation

This agreement runs month to month — there is no long-term contract. Either side may cancel at any time by notifying the other in writing (email is fine). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for. Vision will finish or hand over any posts already paid for in that final month.

Removing Vision's access to your Facebook Page does not cancel this agreement or stop billing. Cancellation follows the terms in this section.

7. What Vision does not promise

Vision promises content made well and published on schedule. Vision does not promise new clients, sales, leads, enquiries, followers, or any particular reach, views, or results. Facebook decides who sees each post, and results vary.

8. AI content

Your content is created with AI tools (AI-generated or AI-assisted images, video, and wording). Facebook may label that content as AI-generated, and Vision will disclose it in the caption where needed. By agreeing, you confirm you understand this and are happy for Vision to post AI content for your business in this way.

9. Other terms

You confirm the information and materials you give Vision are yours to use and are accurate. Vision is not responsible for errors in information you provided. Changes to this agreement only count if both sides agree in writing. This is a plain-language business agreement, not legal advice.

Do I have to approve the posts?
No — that's the point of the service. We post on your behalf without waiting for approval, so your page never stalls because you're busy. Want something specific posted — a sale, an event, an announcement? Send it anytime and we work it in. Want a published post changed or removed? Just say so.
Is there a contract?
There's a short, plain-language service agreement — the full text is printed on this page, and you accept the key terms right at checkout, before you pay. It's month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime in writing (an email counts); cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for.
When does my service start?
The first Monday after your payment. After you pay, grant Vision admin access to your Facebook Page promptly — your start date is the first Monday either way, and it doesn't move if access is delayed. From that Monday, your posts go out on your package's schedule.
How does payment work?
Checkout runs through Stripe, the same payment processor used by millions of businesses. Your card is billed up front each month on your billing date, automatically, until you cancel. Stripe emails your receipts, and you can update your card through Stripe's customer portal anytime.
What do you need from me to start?
Two things: admin access to your Facebook Page so we can publish, granted promptly after payment, and your business basics — services, hours, offers, and any photos or logo you want used. Send them by message or email whenever it suits you.
Who answers comments and messages on my page?
You do. Vision creates and publishes the posts; conversations with your customers stay with you, since only you know your prices, availability, and services.
Is the content made with AI?
Yes — openly. Vision creates content with AI tools, which is how we deliver this volume at this price, and it's disclosed in the caption where Facebook requires it. The samples on this page are our own work, so you can judge the quality yourself before you spend a dollar.
Which platforms do you cover?
Facebook — deliberately. It's where homeowners and local customers actually check a business before calling, and doing one platform well beats doing four badly. We serve businesses anywhere in the U.S., entirely remotely.
